A little image for Illustration Friday, depicting my eternal dance with the mailbox as I await books, shoes and jewellery from distant shores.
I keep trying to do the Illustration friday briefs but i either miss the deadline or I feel too disheartened to do it.
They are a bit sudden! Why disheartened? Keep it small and go with your instincts when interpreting it–there’s so much variety that you can’t really be ‘wrong.’ x
Because mine usually looks shoddy and shitty and there are people with perfect, immaculate pristine works
They must be cheating! Or professionals with decades of experience. Think of it as an exercise for yourself. The more you do, the better you have to get over time. x
Looks a bit like our old letter box! Love the painterly feel. Its a very expecting letter box too…
Yes, looks like the previous residents of our house may have reversed into it a couple of times. Two weeks is a long time to wait for internet purchases! x
